Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: We offer USPS shipping during your checkout. ALL orders are shipped out on the same business day, if order is received by 3pm EST unless otherwise specified. EXPRESS SHIPPING ($50) expect to have your delivery the next business day. PRIORITY SHIPPING ($18) expect to have your delivery within 3-4 business days. During holiday seasons, inclement weather, or if you reside in a rural area, shipping may take 1 day longer. Q: How many bundles will I need for a full sew-in? A: In Luxury extensions, we recommend 2-3 4oz bundles. In Premium Extensions, we recommend 3-4 3oz bundles for a full sew in. Reminder* Hair is measured by weight so, the longer the length, the shorter the weft.
Q: How can I use the lay-a-way plan? A: We require 40% of the total purchase at the start of purchase. You have 60 days to make any payments towards the balance to receive your order.

Q: What is your return policy? A: No Returns, Exchange Only. Hair may be exchanged within 7 business days of delivery as long as the rubber bands have not been removed, the wefts have not been unrolled, it has not been handled, brushed, colored, cut, colored, or installed. Hair must be in its original packaging and ready for resale. To exchange, please give us a call & ship your hair back using "Signature Confirmation".
